Refund policy
14-Day Returns
We provide a 14-day return period. This means you have 14 days from the date your order is marked as delivered to request a return. Requests submitted after this timeframe cannot be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it: unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is also required.

Please do not send products back without first receiving confirmation from our team. Returns sent without authorization may not be processed.
Return Shipping Costs

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We will attempt to stop the order before it enters processing or ships.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

When reaching out, please include your order number, a short description of the problem, and photos if available (photos help speed up review and resolution).
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges on eligible items so you can switch sizes or styles more easily. You are responsible only for the shipping cost of the replacement item.
To start an exchange, email Info@romanoboutique.com and include your order number and the item details you would like to exchange.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees. If your return meets the requirements of this policy, you will receive a full refund or exchange without additional deductions. All returned items are inspected upon arrival.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
