Our 14-Day Return Window
Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to let us know you'd like to return your purchase. We count from the day your tracking shows "delivered," so we recommend checking your order promptly. Unfortunately, we can't accommodate return requests that come in after this window closes.
What We Can Accept Back
For hygiene and quality reasons, returned items must come back to us exactly as they arrived: unworn and unused, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging. We'll also need your order confirmation or receipt to match everything up on our end.
Starting Your Return
Ready to return something? Drop us an email at Info@romanoboutique.com with your order number and what you'd like to send back. Once we review and approve your request, we'll reply with our return address and clear packing instructions.
Important: Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back. Items that arrive without prior approval may experience processing delays or may not be accepted.
Who Covers Return Shipping?
You'll be responsible for the cost of shipping your return back to us. We recommend using a tracked service for your peace of mind.
Need to Cancel Your Order?
The sooner you reach out, the better. Contact us right after placing your order if you need to cancel, and we'll do our best to stop it before it's packed and shipped.
Once an order is in our fulfillment process or already on its way, we may not be able to cancel it. If that's the case, don't worry—just wait for it to arrive and initiate a return. Our team will walk you through it.
Received Something Damaged or Wrong?
We pack every order carefully, but occasionally things happen in transit. Please check your items as soon as they arrive. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, get in touch with us right away.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number, a brief explanation of what's wrong, and photos if possible. Visual confirmation really speeds things up on our end.
Want to Exchange Instead?
We offer free exchanges if you'd like a different size or color—you just cover the shipping cost for the replacement item to be sent out.

No Hidden Restocking Fees
We believe in keeping things straightforward. As long as your return meets our policy requirements, you'll get a full refund or exchange—no restocking fees deducted. Every returned item goes through a quick inspection when it arrives back at our warehouse.
When Will I Get My Refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email letting you know if your refund has been approved. Once approved, expect the refund to hit your original payment method within 10 business days.
Keep in mind that banks and credit card companies sometimes need a few extra days to process refunds on their end.
